NEW DELHI: The UK Government had announced 60 new scholarships for Indian students to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee recently. The scholars will receive full funding for a one-year masters course in the UK, starting September 2012. The announcement was made by the Prime Minister David Cameron
